Requirements
- Significant prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (2-5 years).
- Mastery of CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent) and workflow automation.
- Strong sensitivity for data and performance measurement (Excel/Sheets, SQL/BI).
- Comfort structuring and documenting processes and onboarding teams.
- Curiosity, analytical, and pragmatic approach.
- Autonomous, structured, and pragmatic with a taste for tools.
- Enjoy driving concrete projects and serving people on the ground
