Requirements

  • Experience in an integrator / engineering firm / public procurement ecosystem
  • Knowing key players and genuine relationships
  • Public procurement fluency
  • Builder mindset and ability to thrive without process
  • Commercial backbone and ability to defend margin
  • Ability to align people across Sales, Ops, Finance
  • Track record of building and managing a team
  • Professional proficiency in English
