Requirements
- Experience in product management
- Min 3 years of telecommunications experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with process design tools
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
- Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Strong planning & organizing skills
- Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Interest in innovative technologies such as Machine Learning and Generative AI
- Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of self-service experience design, digital product management, and customer-oriented product management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Turkish
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Flexible and willing to take on responsibilities across different domains (commercial, marketing, channels)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across their lifecycle
