Vice President – Sales Lead

VOIS is seeking a Sales Lead to drive complex transformation opportunities for Vodafone’s most strategic markets, group entities, and joint ventures.

Requirements

  • Provide thought leadership, innovative deal structuring, and sales expertise to enable growth while responsibly managing risk.
  • Lead the customer journey from pre-qualification and deal shaping through negotiation, contracting, and seamless transition into in-life management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design compelling win strategies and ensure alignment across all functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across VOIS and Vodafone entities to support large, complex bids.
  • Support customer teams to originate new business and ensure a robust, strategically aligned pipeline.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of VOIS sales processes, operating models, and governance frameworks to accelerate growth.
