As Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring and activating new clients across Europe for Voi Business, a new B2B vertical. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and activation, and work hands-on to build pipeline, close deals and ensure early client success.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within high-growth or startup environments.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to manage full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; German or Swedish is a strong plus.
- An existing network in Germany or Sweden is a strong advantage.
- High ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality.
