Summary:
Volt is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our product innovations and market reception. You’ll collaborate with Product and Sales teams, report directly to the VP of Marketing Communications, and be instrumental in crafting compelling product narratives and sales enablement materials. Your expertise in the Payments and FinTech sectors is crucial for driving our product growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring our product suite’s distinctiveness and market competitiveness
- Sales Enablement: Create persuasive sales collateral, including product sheets and pitch decks, that underscore our product benefits and features
- Product Launch Management: Oversee the seamless launch of new products, coordinating efforts across teams to guarantee successful market entry
- Merchant and Product Communication: Manage ongoing communications with merchants via email, ensuring they’re informed and engaged with our product updates and initiatives
- Content Creation & Industry Awareness: Generate engaging content for diverse platforms (social media, blogs, etc.) to bolster product visibility and underscore your deep understanding of industry trends in Payments and FinTech
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in Product Marketing, with at least 1 year concentrated in the Payments/Fintech industry
- Demonstrable success in orchestrating impactful Product Marketing campaigns
- Acquaintance with Partner Marketing mechanisms and tactics
- Substantial experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects
- Stellar communication skills, coupled with the ability to foster collaboration among sales and product teams

What happens next?
- Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our Talent Acquisition representative. The video meeting will take about 30 minutes,
- Then it’s time for a second interview! The meeting will be conducted by our Department Head and will last 30 to 45 minutes1 hour,
- We’ll also hold a final stage interview with a senior member of the team, this will last approx 1 hour
- If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal
