Role Overview
The Data Analyst reviews and validates data entered into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and other databases, conducts independent analysis, and develops improved automation in support of program missions.
What You Will Do
Maintain, interpret, test, and analyze data to ensure information is being properly stored in client enrollment databases, identify and implement technical solutions, develop and maintain queries, reports, and data feeds, and provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.

Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, and have ability to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Data Science, Public Administration, or other relevant discipline
- 4-years of experience operating/maintaining database
- 2 years of experience serving a non-profit organization
- Advanced experience with clustered analysis of client service data
