Requirements
- Define and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy
- Own the digital media mix strategy and budget allocation
- Lead the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing across the full customer journey
- Drive a data-driven and AI-enabled approach
- Ensure all digital marketing activities are fully aligned with brand guidelines, narrative, and business priorities
- Oversee agency strategy, procurement, onboarding and performance management
- Secure continuous performance tracking, analysis and reporting
- Build a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing and best practice adoption
- Lead, coach and develop your team
- Ensure the right competence and capacity through upskilling, recruitment and future-proofing
