Sales Director

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead the UK & Ireland market. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, working closely with partners Renault Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving sales, increasing market penetration and growing market share
  • Strong leadership experience managing sales teams across complex market
  • A deep understanding of financial products and dealer or end customer ecosystems
  • Experience driving profitable growth and identifying new business opportunities
  • Confidence navigating regulated environments including FCA and compliance frameworks
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at every level
  • A passion for building high-performing, future-ready teams
