We are seeking a Sales Director to lead the UK & Ireland market. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, working closely with partners Renault Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving sales, increasing market penetration and growing market share
- Strong leadership experience managing sales teams across complex market
- A deep understanding of financial products and dealer or end customer ecosystems
- Experience driving profitable growth and identifying new business opportunities
- Confidence navigating regulated environments including FCA and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at every level
- A passion for building high-performing, future-ready teams
