As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be working closely with Sales & Marketing on upgrading their suite of reports and dashboards, using data mining, advanced analytics, and AI/ML techniques to analyze core KPIs and generate actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics (preferably in a SaaS business)
- Advanced knowledge of analytical and statistical techniques, including attribution, forecasting, simulation, and data optimization
- Strong technical capabilities with SQL, data warehouses, ETL processes, and AWS/cloud environments (e.g., SageMaker, Databricks, Snowflake, Vertex AI)
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, overfitting/underfitting) and the AI/ML lifecycle (data preparation → model development → deployment → monitoring)
- Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing go-to-market motions, campaign performance measurement, and ROI analysis
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
