We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales Operations to play a key role in scaling our sales function and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build out the systems, processes, and infrastructure to support a high-performing sales organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes and workflows to support revenue targets
- Own sales forecasting, goal setting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align GTM strategies and execution
- Build sales compensation plans, territory models, and quota setting frameworks
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies to improve productivity
- Analyze funnel metrics to uncover insights and improve conversion rates
- Lead a small but growing team of sales operations professionals
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields
- Proven success leading operations in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with metrics-based decision making
- Expertise with Salesforce and sales tech stacks (Outreach, Gong, etc.)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to execute
