The goal is to develop structures, processes, and initiatives that enable us to implement the energy transition in multi-family homes nationwide quickly and scalably.
Requirements
- Develop structures, processes, and initiatives for energy transition in multi-family homes nationwide
- Build Business Unit ‘Partnerships’ from scratch
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build a scalable partner and project channel
- Analyze existing processes and develop processes that keep up with growth
- Build simple, effective structures (e.g. CRM, reporting, automations) that make us faster and better
