As a Site Leader, you will lead the Internal Sales, External Sales, and Operations teams, ensuring the day-to-day running of the branch is smooth, efficient, and aligned with Vulcan’s standards and values.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ proven success in B2B sales, with a strong track record of results
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales or operations environment (industrial or distribution sector ideal)
• Strong commercial acumen, with a history of achieving revenue and profit targets
