Our Demand Generation Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Marketo expert to support demand generation campaigns, marketing funnel performance, and customer communication efforts.

Working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations, you will execute marketing automation and reporting to optimize lead generation, pipeline conversion, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, enjoys automation, and is passionate about improving efficiencies and marketing performance.

Qualifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert: Experienced in managing Marketo and CRM integrations, lead nurturing, and proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, RingLead, and CMS tools.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Advanced skills in automation, list management, and compliance with GDPR/SPAM laws.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Experience managing campaigns across email, webinars, events, direct mail, and paid/organic social.
  • Marketing Analytics: Proven ability to analyze KPIs, deliver insights, and drive data-informed strategies.
  • Advanced Tools Proficiency: Preferred experience with Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel for data analysis.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead cross-team collaborations and marketing initiatives.
  • Results-Oriented: Eager to drive growth and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management

  • Optimize and manage Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Drift, Bombora, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between marketing systems.
  • Execute ABM and demand generation programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve marketing operations issues.

Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Oversee lead lifecycle management, scoring, routing, nurturing, and data hygiene.
  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns from segmentation to reporting.
  • Develop and refine Marketo programs across all marketing and sales stages.
  • Support demand generation efforts through attribution models and funnel optimizations.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing efforts across email, paid media, webinars, and social media.

Data-Driven Insights and Reporting

  • Build scalable campaign execution processes.
  • Develop standardized reports to measure pipeline impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to align metrics and lead flow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement

  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams.
  • Train GTM teams on marketing processes, campaign creation, lead follow-up, and reporting.

Compensation

$110,000 – $135,000 + Bonus

Salary varies based on location, experience, and skill set.
