The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team by optimizing people, processes, technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness for they growth organization.. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing operations, analyzing performance metrics, supporting enablement initiatives, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the growth team to develop and implement strategies, tactics, and processes to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and maintain automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline workflows, automate sales processes, and track sales performance metrics.
- Manage our marketing tech stack (CMS, Adv, Social, etc.) and work collaboratively with our CRM team for seamless integration, enhancements.
- Manage the lead generation process (creation, optimization, data flow, etc.) for the growth organization.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to growth leadership.
- Develop and maintain reports (ex; campaign analysis, etc.), dashboards, and KPIs to monitor sales performance and track progress towards revenue targets.
- Assist in the creation of collateral, including presentations, proposals, and materials, to support enablement and business development initiatives.
- Support forecasting and pipeline management activities by providing accurate and timely data and insights to growth leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, product, and customer success, to align initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to growth team members on processes, tools, and best practices to optimize sales performance and productivity.
- Responsible for customer, market and competitive intelligence research.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business operations roles, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proficiency in sales automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce), CRM systems, Content Management Systems, Enablement Systems and analytics tools.
- Experience working with external marketing agency firms & comfortable with project management requirements to support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in executing sales operations and managing sales databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Dialpad, Domo, & Slack; preferred.
