Inside Account Manager, West Coast

W.S. Darley & Co. is seeking an Inside Account Manager, West Coast to assist Outside Sales Representatives in processing driven sales opportunities through the entire ordering/booking phases, identifying new opportunities in assigned territories and relationship development with customers and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Assist and support assigned Outside Sales Representatives through the entire order process
• Build cross-functional relationships within Darley Defense
• Manage customer service requests
• Assist assigned Sales Representatives in generating and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce
• Utilize Salesforce to manage and analyze customer interactions and contact data throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop personal relationships with customers and vendors to help understand customer preferences, habits, and actions
