maxbone, part of the Wag! Group Co., is hiring a Head of Growth to own the strategy and P&L for how we acquire, retain, and expand customers across every channel.
Requirements
- Define maxbone’s multi-year growth strategy across marketplaces, partnerships, affiliate, and emerging channels.
- Own the growth P&L: revenue, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, payback, and channel mix.
- Build and lead the growth org: marketplace, affiliate, partnerships, and creative.
- Unlock Growth Beyond DTC: build the partnerships strategy from scratch, including brand collabs, vet and breeder channels, hospitality, and tie-ins with the broader Wag! ecosystem.
- Establish the source-of-truth view on growth, including channel performance, cohorts, LTV/CAC, subscriber health.
- Translate data and market intelligence into a clear narrative for the executive team: what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’re doing about it.
