Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting Waiakea’s growth by expanding account coverage, building strong customer relationships, and executing retail programs across assigned territories.
What You Will Do
Visit retail accounts to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and shelf standards. Build and maintain relationships with store managers, buyers, and distributor partners. Identify and pursue new account opportunities across Grocery, C-Store, and On-Premise channels.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of sale, merchandising, or customer-facing experience
- Experience in CPG, beverage, or DSD environment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales reporting tools preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive results; strong knowledge of servant leadership models and methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for sustainability and community is a big plus
