Walker & Dunlop is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to strengthen and expand client relationships, driving revenue growth and long-term client retention. As a key partner to clients, the successful candidate will align our financing expertise and technology-enabled solutions to meet evolving investment objectives.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for a defined portfolio of clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s portfolio, investment strategy, and financing objectives
  • Identify, qualify, and advance financing and refinancing opportunities across assigned accounts
  • Drive account expansion through cross-selling Walker & Dunlop’s full suite of services
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing adoption of the WDSuite platform
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the Product team
  • Partner closely with Producers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of scalable account management best practices and playbooks
