WalkMe is looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst to join the Customer Success Group Operations team. The successful candidate will deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions to optimize post-sales delivery, working with a diverse cast to guide the growth and performance of post-sales functions.
Requirements
- Build and maintain dashboards for CSG leadership
- Conduct analysis on account segmentation, capacity planning, and coverage models
- Ensure data structures are optimized for accurate reporting, analysis, and insights
- CSG Compensation design, planning, and reporting
- CSG Department and individual performance KPIs reporting
- Develop, document, and maintain CSG standard operating procedures
- Support the enablement of Customer Success Group methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Manage CSG Ops requests queue and troubleshoot operational issues
- Strategize and leverage AI capabilities for key business practices
