Senior Data Scientist

The Senior Data Scientist will support the understanding of priority order requirements and service level agreements, identify suitable data sources, and develop analytical models to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1 year of experience in an analytics related field; OR 3 years of experience in an analytics related field
• Experience coding in Python or Java
• Experience with exploratory data analysis on large data sets using Pyspark and SparkSQL
• Experience designing and developing machine learning algorithms
• Experience evaluating and optimizing machine learning models
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting data pipelines on Airflow
• Experience analyzing A/B testing results using statistics and t-test
• Experience visualizing and reporting data with Excel, Ggplot, and Matplotlib
• Experience using Google Cloud or Azure for data storage and analysis
• Experience with best practice on data governance and sanity
• Experience processing time series data and performing forecasts
• Experience with large or small language models
