Role Overview

Join an Award-Winning Personal Injury Law Firm as a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the next chapter of growth, building a national brand, scaling a high-performing team, and turning marketing data into business results.

What You Will Do

Own the full funnel: paid media, SEO/SEM, PR, TV/radio, influencer, community outreach, and brand storytelling. Define and track KPIs across all campaigns — CAC, CPL, cost-per-signed-case, and ROI. Build dashboards and reporting cadences that drive weekly/monthly strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP, SVP) with 7+ direct reports and teams of 20+
• Track record scaling marketing in a company that grew from $50M to $250M+, with 30%+ YoY growth
• Managed $10M+ annual budgets with demonstrable ROI
• Deep, full-funnel expertise: SEO, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, TV/radio, PR, influencer
• Experience with Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools
• Experience in a regulated industry (legal, healthcare, insurance, financial services) — you understand compliance and reputation-driven acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
• Strongly preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish, experience marketing to Hispanic/multicultural audiences, multi-state expansion experience
