Job Description

  • You take over the support and assistance of our customers and specialist partners in all technical and commercial matters (by telephone and in writing).
  • You are responsible for customer satisfaction, provide direct assistance with customer problems that arise and thus prevent recurring questions.
  • As an interface between customer support and specialist departments, you are the voice of the customer and contribute to the continuous development of the department.
  • You maintain and document the generated solutions in a knowledge database.
  • By evaluating customer inquiries based on key figures, you make a significant contribution to process optimization.

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualifications.
  • You place value on strong customer orientation and building long-term customer relationships.
  • You have an openness to technical relationships and a passion for agile working methods.
  • You also have good English language skills and are confident in using common MS Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, social competence and a good understanding of business processes round off your profile.
