Job Description

• You independently handle the commercial and technical clarification of inquiries and orders for our umbrellas and sails.
• You also support our existing customers in clarifying sun protection solutions.
• The preparation of quotes and the associated quote tracking are also part of your responsibilities.
• You record orders and handle order management.
• For complaints, you handle their recording and further processing.
• You inspire our customers, architects and planners as a competent contact person.

Qualifications

• You have completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualifications.
• You are characterized by an affinity for technical products in combination with commercial processes.
• You have good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You act customer-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
• You enjoy direct telephone contact with customers.
• You work routinely with all common MS Office programs and have experience with ERP systems.
• Team ability as well as careful and quality-oriented working practices complete your profile.
