At Warner Music Group, we’re looking for a Software Engineer – Data Platform to build the next-generation Data Platform that sets the standard for freshness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and ease of use to power Warner Music Group’s business. The platform will be built from the ground up, including data storage, ingestion, processing, and representation, as well as next-generation search and discovery capabilities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field
- 4+ years of experience in backend development or data engineering
- Built or developed large-scale data processing pipelines and/or large, high-availability dimensional data stores
- Passionate about music and have a deep desire to provide the data that will help bring more great music into the world
- High sense of ownership and a drive to deliver impact in a fast-paced, evolving, ambiguous environment
- Drive to grow, learn, and master the craft of software development
- Excellent coder and empathetic communicator with great design skills
