This role will define how Wati scales demand across all discovery channels (paid, organic, community, AI-driven) to attract, engage, and convert SMBs. The Head of Demand Generation will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing a full-funnel marketing engine, unifying brand, performance, and community into a cohesive growth engine.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- 3+ years leading a demand gen or growth marketing function
- Deep experience running and optimizing paid programs
- Full-Funnel thinker, skilled in brand storytelling, community engagement, and paid acquisition
- Strong analytical mindset, fluent in metrics, attribution, and funnel optimization
- Creative story teller
- Proven track record of hiring and scaling marketing teams
- AI-native marketer with experimentation mindset
