About the Role

As right hand to the COO, you will be at the heart of strategic, operational and structuring projects – with a strong focus on Sales Ops. At WAX, we are in hyper-growth phase, and this internship is a unique opportunity to become one of the future experts in conversational commerce, which is emerging as the future of commerce.

Your Missions

💼 Sales Ops & Business Development

  • Structure and optimize Hubspot: pipeline, automations, CRM hygiene
  • Launch outbound campaigns (cold emailing, database enrichment, scraping, etc.)
  • Set up sales automations to generate leads efficiently
  • Help prepare commercial meetings with Enterprise accounts
  • Define growth hacking levers with the COO
  • Create dashboards & reporting tools to track commercial performance

🤝 Customer Success & Process

  • Support the structuring of the CSM (Customer Success Management) team
  • Participate in Hubspot implementation
  • Help coordinate the CSM team and drive key events
  • Design processes to improve customer engagement tracking
  • Set up KPIs & reporting to monitor service usage

🧱 Structuring & Ops

  • Contribute to implementing internal processes: billing, onboarding, inter-team coordination
  • Automate recurring tasks to improve efficiency
  • Identify operational optimization opportunities (customer experience & finance)
  • Leverage data to drive performance and propose concrete actions

What We Expect From You

  • Studies in business school or engineering school
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with tools like Excel, Notion, Hubspot, Airtable or Zapier
  • First experience in startup, consulting, VC or in Sales/CS is a big plus
  • You learn quickly, you are not afraid to test, iterate, and dig to find concrete solutions
