Product Designer, Analytics

Weave is seeking a Product Designer to design intuitive analytics experiences for healthcare professionals. The role involves evolving the analytics capabilities from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving patient outcomes. This is a remote position reporting to a Product Design Manager.

Requirements

• Design end-to-end user experiences for analytics and reporting features.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to transform complex datasets.
• Design data visualization patterns balancing clarity, depth, and accessibility.
• Conduct user research to understand how data is used by small healthcare businesses.
• Use analytics tools (Pendo, Sigma, etc.) to measure and validate design impact.
• Contribute to design culture through critiques and learnings.
