Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for driving business growth by generating and qualifying new leads, researching and breaking into accounts, and building trusted relationships with prospective customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify new leads and opportunities by utilizing a variety of lead generation techniques.
  • Research and develop a strategic plan for breaking into accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective customers by understanding their specific needs and recommending the right Weave products and solutions.
  • Become a master at using Hubspot and other automation tools to streamline and optimize the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software sales experience
  • Mastery of Hubspot
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Autonomous self-starter that is comfortable and confident in taking the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively.
