Webflow is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer, AI Platforms to join the RevOps team, focusing on AI-powered customer journey optimization. This role involves building and scaling AI systems, designing AI workflows, and driving ethical AI practices within the revenue organization. Webflow’s mission is to empower development superpowers and redefine how teams build, manage, and optimize for the web, combining visual development, content management, and AI.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in a technical GTM, Revenue Operations, or Automation Engineering role
- Understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and advanced RAG
- Fluent in Python or similar scripting languages
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and Workato
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-directed approach to problem-solving
