Webflow is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer, AI Platforms to focus on the RevOps team (Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, Marketing Ops, Partner Ops, and Revenue Enablement). This role will be embedded in the revenue organization, shaping AI strategies and workflows. The engineer will design, implement, and scale AI initiatives, with a focus on integrations and automation within both internal cloud platforms (Salesforce, Zapier, Workato) and with external tools like OpenAI and Google Gemini. They will also drive ethical AI practices throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in a technical GTM, Revenue Operations, or Automation Engineering role
- Advanced AI foundation (LLMs, vector databases, context engineering)
- Fluent in Python or similar scripting languages
- Understanding of GTM architecture (Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Workato)
- Ability to balance autonomy with rigor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to move fast and solve business problems
