We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Write efficient and complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and building scalable data solutions.
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets.
- Apply data mining techniques to uncover hidden patterns and support predictive analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Build and maintain data models to support reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence needs.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies or anomalies in datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
