Inside Sales Representative

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative (Student Advisor) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in guiding students and parents toward making informed decisions about academic programs, specifically for IIT JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or academic counseling, preferably in IIT JEE or NEET coaching programs
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
• Fluency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam (mandatory)
• Good understanding of the competitive exam landscape and student needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong listening skills and a consultative sales approach
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

• Generous salary hike cap of 10–15% on the candidate’s current CTC
• Competitive salary range: Rs 300000 – Rs 650000 (ie INR 3 – 6.5 LPA)
