Revenue Operations Analyst

Salary range: Rs 900000 – Rs 1600000 (ie INR 9-16 LPA)

We are looking for a Sales Operations & Analytics professional to drive visibility, performance insights, and data-driven decision-making across the sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming sales data into actionable insights, supporting sales strategy, and ensuring pipeline health and revenue performance. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Growth teams to optimize processes and help the organization scale efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who loves analyzing numbers, identifying trends, and translating data into clear recommendations that impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering pipeline, forecast accuracy, conversion metrics, sales activities, and performance trends
  • Analyze deal velocity, win rates, funnel leakage, and sales rep productivity to identify growth opportunities and friction points
  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and sales performance reviews with accurate, actionable data
  • Evaluate outbound campaigns, GTM experiments, and sales programs to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define KPIs, track campaign performance, and support territory and quota planning
  • Prepare insights and recommendations for sales leadership and executive review decks
  • Establish structured cadences for data review, ensuring alignment and follow-up on key action items
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain CRM hygiene, streamline processes, and ensure accurate hand-offs across systems
  • Be the voice of data in leadership discussions, proactively identifying trends and opportunities to optimize revenue performance

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, or GTM Operations
  • Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM reporting and sales data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking and SQL knowledge, paired with the ability to tell a story with data
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable influencing sales leadership and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business outcomes
  • Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling is a plus
