As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive the top of the outbound sales funnel through agency partnerships and outbound prospecting efforts. You will identify and qualify high-potential prospects, book discovery meetings, and transition opportunities to the Account Executive team.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR roles)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
- Experience creating and optimizing email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Ability to onboard and manage external partners effectively
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo.io or Seamless.ai
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and pipeline management
- Strong data management, research, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus
