Job Responsibilities

  • Develop sales and go-to-market strategy with leadership that is measurably scalable
  • Bring modern sales DNA to the organization and build processes that create performance and transparency
  • Identify best lead sources and convert them into long-term customer relationships
  • Challenge markets, target groups, and new customers, recognizing potential faster than others
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Account Management to optimize pipeline conversion
  • Expand HubSpot as central sales hub, implement automations, and drive data-driven results
  • Take responsibility for building and implementing a performance-based sales framework
  • Report directly to leadership, lead by example, set impulses, and continuously develop self and team

Required Skills

  • Several years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development
  • Strong analytical thinking and execution skills
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and proactively
  • Desire to build, shape, and scale with a strong team
