Job Responsibilities
- Develop sales and go-to-market strategy with leadership that is measurably scalable
- Bring modern sales DNA to the organization and build processes that create performance and transparency
- Identify best lead sources and convert them into long-term customer relationships
- Challenge markets, target groups, and new customers, recognizing potential faster than others
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Account Management to optimize pipeline conversion
- Expand HubSpot as central sales hub, implement automations, and drive data-driven results
- Take responsibility for building and implementing a performance-based sales framework
- Report directly to leadership, lead by example, set impulses, and continuously develop self and team
Required Skills
- Several years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development
- Strong analytical thinking and execution skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently, structured, and proactively
- Desire to build, shape, and scale with a strong team
