Vice President of Revenue Operations

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to join our executive team and play a critical role in scaling our go-to-market strategy, enabling cross-functional alignment, and optimizing operational efficiency across multiple functions.

While the title is VP of RevOps, this role extends beyond traditional revenue operations. You will be responsible for integrating with the broader operations ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and potentially Supply Chain, all of which intersect as we deliver world-class customer outcomes and scale our global footprint.

This is a global leadership role—you’ll partner closely with field teams, regional leaders, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders in every corner of the world.

Responsabilities

  • Revenue Operations Leadership: Own the architecture and execution of global Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Develop forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and compensation strategies.
  • End-to-End Process Optimization: Identify and refine key business processes across quote-to-cash, lead-to-close, and post-sales workflows.
  • Strategic Systems Ownership: Oversee GTM systems including Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Operations: Partner with Finance on planning, budgeting, and reporting; with Marketing on campaign performance and attribution; and with channel teams on partner quoting and fulfillment workflows.
  • Hardware Configuration and Quoting Expertise: Support our field and channel teams in the configuration and quoting of third-party hardware, ensuring accuracy, speed, and integration with WEKA’s software offerings.
  • Data & Insights: Drive data governance, dashboarding, and KPI visibility to align execution with strategy across the revenue engine.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing global ops team. Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and customer-centric execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience with exposure to Finance, Marketing Ops, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with global go-to-market models, including channel/partner ecosystems.
  • Proven track record managing complex quote and configuration processes, ideally involving third-party hardware in a software-led motion.
  • Deep understanding of RevOps tools (Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot/Marketo, Looker, etc.).
  • Executive presence with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Passion for process, data, and innovation.
