Role Overview
Join WeldFit’s Commercial team as a hybrid Salesforce Administrator & Sales Operations Analyst, combining CRM platform administration with sales analytics and reporting. This role is split 50/50 between managing and improving the Salesforce platform and delivering data, dashboards, and operational insight to drive sales performance.
What You Will Do
Manage Salesforce users, configure custom objects, import and maintain CRM data, provide user support, and build reports and dashboards to track sales performance and drive informed decisions.

Requirements

- Experience training end users and creating training materials and process documentation
- Working understanding of Salesforce sharing and security
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
