Sales Operations Specialist – Turkey

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to manage and coordinate end-to-end sales and import operations, while also supporting local office administration and HR-related tasks in Turkey.

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end import operations, coordinate operational sales process, organize and track international shipments, work with freight forwarders and customs brokers, review and manage import documentation, and more.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, import/export, supply chain, or logistics coordination
• Strong understanding of customs processes, import regulations, and local invoicing requirements (Turkey)
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and proactive problem-solving
• Fluent communication skills in English and Turkish
