Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to manage and coordinate end-to-end sales and import operations, while also supporting local office administration and HR-related tasks in Turkey.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end import operations, coordinate operational sales process, organize and track international shipments, work with freight forwarders and customs brokers, review and manage import documentation, and more.

This role requires strong operational ownership, adaptability, multitasking skills, and a deep understanding of local processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Suppliers, Customs Brokers, and external Accounting Offices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, import/export, supply chain, or logistics coordination
- Strong understanding of customs processes, import regulations, and local invoicing requirements (Turkey)
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and proactive problem-solving
- Fluent communication skills in English and Turkish
