Data Scientist – PhD required – onsite Dallas, TX

We’re looking for a Data Scientist with a PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics to join our team at Welltower. As a Data Scientist, you’ll work with our data science team to analyze data and develop predictive analytics models to improve business performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of post-education Data Scientist work experience
• Strong technical skills, including reporting, programming, predictive modeling, and solution architecture
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Experience with data mining and data visualization tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
