Project Coordinator – Generative AI Data Operations

Welo Data works with technology companies to provide datasets that are high-quality, ethically sourced, relevant, diverse, and scalable to supercharge their AI models. As a Project Coordinator, you will support end-to-end delivery of multiple AI training data projects and own day-to-day execution, timelines, resources, and client communication to ensure delivery against scope and established processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data/operations, or related fields
• 1+ years in project/operations delivery or coordination (AI data, content review, labeling/annotation, or adjacent domains)
• Organization and time management across multiple small/medium projects
• Clear client/vendor communication and expectation setting
• Use of spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI; familiarity with ETL/SQL is a plus
• Consistent application of SOPs, QA checks, and change/risk logs
• Ability to work independently day to day in a remote environment; escalates when needed
