Requirements
- Obtains orders through email and telephone calls
- Increases orders by suggesting related items and explaining features
- Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities
- Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes
- Prepares and follows up on quotations to secure orders
- Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items
- Maintains distribution system backorder report and customer notification
- Reports industry trends and customer feedback to management
