Job Title

As an Associate – Sales & Operations Development Program, you will partake in a twelve-month training program designed to prepare Associates for a Sales or Sales Operations position within Wesco. You will develop strong selling skills and overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and expand their professional networks throughout Wesco.

Requirements

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 0-1 years of experience in a service, business, or sales-oriented role
• Desire to build a career in Sales, Supply Chain, Operations or Business
