Representative – Inside Sales

Role Overview

As a Representative – Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers to grow sales of industrial safety products, PPE, and related services. You will build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do

Obtains orders, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates. Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.

Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and sales administration
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form
