We are seeking an ambitious and strategic leader to join the VIC/TAS/SA/NT sales team as the State Sales Manager. As a senior leader, you will lead the execution of our wholesale pharmacy strategy, managing a state-based field team and driving commercial objectives.
Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in a senior management role of either sales, marketing, logistics within the retail/wholesale/pharmaceutical/FMCG industry
- Experience in managing diverse employees
- Experience in a large national or multinational organisation
- Knowledge and/or exposure to industry programs (Ie: SAP) highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to keep up to date with legislative changes
- Very numerate with highly developed business acumen
- Ability to lead by example, ability to foresee and implement change
- Ability to influence sales team and guide sales personnel to achieve set KPIs
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
