We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead the marketing and sales support efforts for key commercial banking business lines for Western Alliance Bank. The role will involve leading marketing strategies and budgets, developing marketing assets, and overseeing the marketing budget.
Requirements
- 12+ years of related experience in Marketing & Communications or similar field
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Previous leadership experience required
- Advanced knowledge of marketing campaign management across channels
- Knowledge of marketing processes including but not limited to creative work, messaging, managing agencies and vendors, budgeting, etc
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Advanced skills in personal computer operation, marketing program management, Workfront or other project management tools
- Advanced Experience in Financial Services and/or Banking, or similar field
- Expert speaking and writing communication skills
