Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Sales Operations Planning & Execution to lead the orchestration of demand planning, supply allocation, business scenario modeling, and optimization.
This role works closely with Sales, Product Planning, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Operations, ensuring alignment between customer demand, supply availability, long-term agreements (LTAs), and financial performance objectives. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, operational discipline, and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demand and supply tracking across segments, regions, and key accounts
- Balance strategic accounts, contractual commitments, and revenue optimization
- Co-ordinate and participate in multi-quarter supply planning and scenario modeling
- Ensure transparency and consistency in allocation decisions
- Own multi-quarter supply allocation and communication, aligned with corporate goals and objectives
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Operations and Finance on forecast alignment and allocation trade-offs
- Own customer and sales supply escalations and develop structured triage and resolution processes aligning with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance on mitigation strategies
- Own quarterly execution of business plans aligning with financial objectives
- Track LTA commitments (volume, pricing, timing)
- Identify risk exposure and proactively mitigate gaps
- Develop business scenario models tied to supply constraints
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven trade-offs
- Analyze trade-offs between short-term revenue and long-term strategic positioning
Qualifications
Required
- Strong and progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Supply Planning, or related roles
- Experience in supply-constrained or allocation-driven environments
- Strong business and financial acumen and modeling expertise
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally at various operating levels

- Advanced Excel/modeling skills
