Manager – Product Operations, US Digital Banking

The Manager of Product Operations, US Digital Banking will play an important role in shaping and executing the product operations strategy for our U.S. digital banking products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, payments, core account services, or financial services product operations, with team management experience
• Practical knowledge of U.S.-based banking products, card issuing and digital wallets, and related regulatory and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in risk management, operational controls, fraud prevention, and incident response
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience using data to drive operational outcomes
