The Manager of Product Operations, US Digital Banking will play an important role in shaping and executing the product operations strategy for our U.S. digital banking products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in banking operations, payments, core account services, or financial services product operations, with team management experience
- Practical knowledge of U.S.-based banking products, card issuing and digital wallets, and related regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in risk management, operational controls, fraud prevention, and incident response
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience using data to drive operational outcomes
