Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative (Countertop Design)

Location: Solon, OH | Work Type: Full-Time (8-5 Monday Friday; 9-1 Saturday half of the month, so about 2 Saturdays a month) | Pay: $60k-$85k/yr (Base + Commission)

The Opportunity

Bronwick is working on behalf of our client to hire an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative. The client is a growing countertop fabrication company specializing in granite and quartz surfaces.

This is a primarily inside sales and project coordination role responsible for supporting countertop projects from quote to installation. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and keeps projects organized and moving forward without delays.

What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in keeping countertop projects accurate, organized, and on schedule.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise quotes for granite and quartz countertop projects
• Review quantities, layouts, and material selections for accuracy
• Enter and maintain complete job records in internal systems
• Coordinate project flow from approval through fabrication and installation
• Submit and follow up on CAD / CTS layout requests
• Verify slab inventory and assist with material reservations
• Communicate with customers regarding approvals, selections, and scheduling
• Track deposits and final payments to prevent production delays
• Intake service calls and assist with resolution coordination
• Print shop tickets and coordinate pickups when needed
• Occasionally assist with limited local customer visits (not a primary responsibility)

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with software and internal systems
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with follow-through
• Experience in granite, quartz, countertops, construction, or fabrication is a plus (but not required)
