Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Lead – Sales Segment & Data plays a critical role in supporting our sales organization through data‑driven insights, segmentation, and reporting. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to optimize lead generation campaigns, manage sales data quality, and deliver actionable reporting that drives performance.

The ideal candidate is curious and has a strong analytical mindset, fluency in data visualization tools (especially Power BI), proficiency in Excel, and hands‑on experience with Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming data into insights that help sales teams focus on the right opportunities and execute campaigns effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Data, Segmentation, & Targeting
    • Build and maintain advisor and account segmentation models supporting lead generation and campaign targeting.
    • Analyze sales, pipeline, and advisor data to identify high‑potential segments.
    • Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to refine targeting criteria and improve data‑driven outreach.
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and supporting systems.
    • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure data alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Analytics platforms.
    • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and recommend process improvements for lead and opportunity tracking.
  • Reporting & Performance Analytics
    • Develop, manage, and automate dashboards in Power BI to track campaign performance, lead conversion, and sales engagement.
    • Provide timely and actionable insights to inform campaign strategy.
    • Support end‑to‑end reporting for sales‑driven campaigns, including list intake, lead distribution, and performance summaries.
  • Operational Support
    • Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures for reporting, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
    • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support Sales leadership and strategic initiatives.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations tools and processes.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytical function.
  • Proficient in Power BI for dashboarding and visualization.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling).
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (reporting, data exports, object relationships).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with campaign workflows and lead management processes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.

Salary

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $112,000.
